0. Acceptance and scope
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully (the “Terms”). By clicking on “Accept”, registering or using the MetamedicsVR SL (“MetAmedicsVR”, “We” or “us” platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
1. DEFINITIONS

- User content: Entered information, audio recordings or responses generated during use.
- Personal information: Any information that allows a person to be directly or indirectly identified, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Description of the service
Metamedicsvr offers an artificial intelligence (AI)-based simulation platform and immersive technologies, aimed at training and training skills in educational and professional environments. The platform includes:
- Web-accessible software or via compatible VR devices.
- Functions such as recording of attempts, generation of analytics, and assignment of simulations by instructors or administrators.
- Graphic, sound and functional content owned by MetamedicsVR or licensed to it.
Important: This service has exclusively training purposes. It should not be considered a medical tool, nor does it generate a doctor-patient relationship or any clinical diagnosis.
3. Registration, license of use and renewal
3.1. License
MetamedicsVR grants the client a license Not exclusive, non-sublicenable, non-transferable and revocable To access and use the Platform, within the contracted plan and only for internal educational purposes.
3.2. number of users
In the case of institutional clients, the subscription is limited to the number of end users established in the contract or order.
3.3. Duration and Renewal
Unless agreed, subscriptions are automatically renewed for periods equal to the originally contracted. The customer can cancel the automatic renewal by notifying it with 15 days in advance to the renewal date.
3.4. Technical support
The service includes email technical support on weekdays from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 CET. Response times are 48 hours skillful for standard incidents.
4. Personal data and recordings
By using the Platform, the Customer accepts and understands that:
- Interactions made by users within the platform can be recorded in audio and text format For pedagogical or evaluative purposes only.
- Audio recordings are deleted automatically once processed. They are not permanently preserved in the MetamedicsVR systems.
- Transcripts of interactions (text) They can be preserved for the sole purpose of offering feedback to students, teachers, or academic administrators. These transcripts do not contain identifiable data and are not used for commercial or individual analysis purposes.
- MetamedicsVR will be able to use data Completely anonymized and added for statistical purposes and for the general improvement of the platform. In no case is personalized analysis carried out or individual data is used for the training of artificial intelligence systems or other purposes other than those expressly authorized.
4.1. consent and responsibility
In institutional contexts, the client (organization) is responsible for:
- Properly inform the end users of the use of their personal data.
- Obtain the necessary valid consents, in accordance with the applicable regulations (RGPD/LOPDGDD).
- Inform users about their rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation of treatment and opposition).
MetamedicsVR acts as Treatment Manager in relation to the data it processes on behalf of the client. A DPA (Data Processing Agreement) contract may be provided if required.
4.2. retention and removal
The personal data will be kept during the term of the contract and deleted within a maximum period of 90 days after its cancellation, unless legal obligation of superior conservation.
5. Restrictions of use

- Sublicense, rent or resell access to the platform.
- Perform reverse engineering, decompile, or modify the software.
- Use the service to develop competing software.
- Introduce viruses or attempt to access unauthorized related systems.
- Use platform AI to generate defamatory, discriminatory, violent, misleading or infringing rights of third parties.
- Create fake accounts or share accounts between people.
MetamedicsVR may suspend or cancel access for any breach of this section.
6. Fees, payments and trial period
6.1. Rates
The use of the platform is subject to the rates indicated in the contract or official website. All prices exclude applicable indirect taxes (VAT or others), unless otherwise noted.
6.2. Payment terms
- The customer must make the payments within the agreed time and manner.
- In case of non-payment, a delay interest of 1.5% per month may be applied and accesses may be temporarily suspended.
- Fees are not refundable, unless otherwise provided by law.
6.3. PRICE REVIEW
Metamedicsvr will be able to update rates in future renovations. The client will be informed with a minimum notice of 30 days.
6.4. Free trial
Trial periods may be offered at no cost. MetamedicsVR reserves the right to modify or cancel this option without notice.
7. Guarantees and exclusions
MetamedicsVR is committed to offering a satisfactory and constantly improving experience of use. However, the Client understands and accepts that:
- The service is provided in the state in which it is located (‘as is’) and depending on its availability. Although we work to ensure the greatest possible stability, we cannot guarantee that access to the platform is completely uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical risks.
- The results obtained through the use of the service, including interactions with artificial intelligence, may not always be accurate or adequate for all specific purposes. We recommend that users complement the content with professional criteria.
- AI automatically generated content may occasionally contain non-optimal errors or responses. We are continually working on improving your quality and precision.
- Service support for virtual reality browsers, devices, or viewers may vary. The minimum and recommended technical requirements are available on our official website.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetamedicsVR will not be responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, income, data or business interruption.
- User-generated content or platform AI.
- Any failure arising from causes outside the reasonable control of MetamedicsVR.
Total liability of MetamedicsVR in the face of any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last twelve (12) months prior to the event that originates responsibility.
This clause does not limit our liability in case of Fraud, gross negligence, intent or personal injury caused by our direct action.
9. Cancellation and suspension of the service
9.1. for the client
Customer may cancel his subscription at any time by notifying in writing to help@metamedicsvr.com with at least 15 days in advance to the next renewal date. The cancellation will not give rise to reimbursement of amounts already paid, except as required by law.
9.2. by MetamedicsVR
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the Service if:
- these terms are breached.
- Improper or fraudulent uses are detected.
- It is required for legal, regulatory or cessation of operation.
9.3. Data access and deletion after cancellation
The customer may request a copy of the available data (eg results or simulation logs) until 90 days after cancellation. After this period, the data will be definitively deleted, except for the legal obligation of conservation.
10. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the imperative legal rights that correspond to you as a consumer, if you act as such.
Any dispute related to these Terms will be submitted to the Courts of Malaga, unless otherwise provided by law.
In the case of contracting with consumers within the European Union, MetamedicsVR reports that, under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, there is an alternative dispute resolution platform available at:

11. Changes in terms
MetamedicsVR may modify these terms at any time. The modifications will be notified by email to the account administrator and/or published on our website with a minimum notice of 10 calendar days before its entry into force.
The continued use of the service after such period implies acceptance of the new terms.
If the client does not agree with the modifications, he must communicate his opposition before its entry into force and may cancel the contract without penalty.

13. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights on the platform, including its software, source code, algorithms, interfaces, visual, audiovisual content, simulations, documentation, trademarks, trade names and logos, are the exclusive ownership of MetamedicsVR SL or its licensors.
The client and end users They do not acquire any intellectual property rights For the use of the Service, beyond the limited right of use described in these Terms.
It is expressly prohibited:
- Copy, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the service.
- Use any element of the platform outside the context of the authorized use itself.
feedback and suggestions
If the client or its users provide feedback, suggestions or ideas for the improvement of the service (“feedback”), it is understood that:
- Metamedicsvr may use such unrestricted feedback.
- The Client grants a non-exclusive, irrevocable, free, global and sub-licensable license to incorporate such ideas into future versions of the Service without the right to compensation.
