The Challenge
Gender inequality is still a daily reality. Despite decades of progress, gender stereotypes still dictate who does the care work, who gets promoted, and who is heard. Across Europe, women remain overburdened at home and underrepresented at the top — and these gaps start with deeply ingrained beliefs.
- 2 out of 3 caregivers in the EU are women.
- Women earn 13% less than men for the same work.
- 2 out of 5 senior female leaders were asked about their plans for having children and what they “prioritized”.

Our custom-built VR simulations are designed in collaboration with MetaMedicsVR and based on lived experiences of working parents, students, and professionals.
6 Immersive Scenarios
- Being asked at work, as a woman, if you want children.
- Being denied a promotion because you are pregnant.
- Expected to do chores after work while your equally employed partner relaxes.
- A transgender woman facing discrimination in a customer-facing role.
