The Minnesota Indigenous Workforce Initiative (MIWI) is a community-led hub for stories, opportunities and collaboration. It uplifts Indigenous voices, connects job seekers with employers, and strengthens entrepreneurship across Minnesota through culturally grounded collaboration.
