VR Simulation

High-voltage electrical training. Without the risk. Without limits on repetition.

Safe, repeatable training for electrical installations and high-voltage environments. From the golden rules of electrical safety to complex switching operations and emergency response — students practice in a realistic simulated environment before they set foot near real equipment.

  • Standalone headset
  • Hand tracking
  • Unlimited repetition
  • No real-equipment risk

Through the lens

See exactly what your students see near the high-voltage equipment.

This is the live simulation running on the headset. Students work through a switching operation step by step, with their own hands, in an environment that looks and behaves like the real installation.

What makes it different

  1. Train without the risk

High-voltage work carries real consequences. In the simulation, students rehearse switching operations, fault isolation, and emergency response in a realistic environment — with no exposure to live equipment and no chance of injury.

  2. Hands-on, with their own hands

The simulation runs on a standalone headset with hand tracking. Students operate switchgear, apply lock-out / tag-out, and verify the absence of voltage using their own hands — the same actions they will perform on the real installation.

  3. The golden rules in context

The golden rules of electrical safety stop being a list to memorise. Students apply them in order, inside a realistic substation scenario, and see what happens when a step is missed.

  4. Repeat until it is second nature

Every operation can be repeated as many times as needed, at no extra cost and with no setup. Students practise the full sequence again and again before they ever set foot near real equipment.

How a session runs

Every session follows the same loop — until the safe sequence becomes second nature.

From lock-out to fault response, students run the full switching operation as many times as they need.

  1. 01

    Isolate

    Lock-out / tag-out

The student isolates the installation, applies lock-out and tag-out, and secures the equipment so no one can re-energise it during the work.

  2. 02

    Verify

    Check for voltage

Following the golden rules, the student confirms the absence of voltage before going any further — the step that protects everything that follows.

  3. 03

    Operate

    Run the switching sequence

The student performs the substation switching operation in the correct order, with live guidance and the chance to correct a wrong move on the spot.

  4. 04

    Respond

    Handle the incident

When a fault or electrical accident is introduced, the student identifies and isolates it and follows the emergency response — practising the judgement that counts under pressure.

What it covers

  1. Golden rules of electrical safety

The foundational safety protocols every technician must internalise before working near high-voltage equipment — applied in context, not just memorised from a slide.

  2. Substation switching operations

Step-by-step switching procedures in a realistic substation environment. Students practice the correct sequence, verify safety conditions, and handle exceptions — without any risk to real infrastructure.

  3. Fault identification and isolation

Diagnosing electrical faults, identifying the affected section, and applying isolation procedures safely. Multiple fault scenarios with varying complexity.

  4. Emergency response to electrical accidents

Response to electric shock, arc flash, and equipment failure. Coordination with emergency services, application of first aid protocols in electrical contexts.

  5. Lock-out / tag-out procedures

Safe isolation verification, personal protection application, and documentation — practiced until it becomes automatic.
